My man, you answered your own question. They started up a lease for a restaurant that was in middle of renovations. WHY WOULD THEY PAY FOR AN INSURANCE POLICY lol? Thats like saying I am renting a home that is still under renovations and for the hell of it, I slapped a renters policy on it even tho I AM NOT THERE. That is ridiculous.
