I’m not sure how I’m twisting anyone’s words ?

Once again, is there an email address within the agreement where notice can be given ? The fact is that there isn’t... the only address within the agreement is a physical address... LG could have bargained for the inclusion of a further email address (to supplement the physical address) but they did not... instead they signed the agreement as is... not sure how I’m twisting, flipping, flopping or whatever else any of the words... like I said, this is basic contracting and drafting principles...
