Hello everyone, I'm curious what brokerages you recommend to purchase CTDT stocks. I've been slowly accumulating, but my brokerage (Scottrade) was just acquired by TDAmeritrade, and they blocked purchases of CTDT.

TradeKing doesn't support, either. They told me that as of Q2 this year, there's a $300 "physical transaction" fee, which they won't participate in (thus, no purchasing allowed).

I would appreciate your recommendations.
