I looked, looks like Arland only controlled the common not the preferreds so when the dilution happened to common, those 11 mill common were way under the 5% threshold. Obviously Arland would not file.

Alpha had the preferreds per note 4 in the table so when the preferreds bumped up in % ownership whatever year that was (2012?) those preferreds gave Alpha 5% status and diluted Arland out ha.

Anyhow, this stuff is pointless since all those preferreds were converted to series C/settled in 2016 and the Sileas settlement with Longview.
