Just read PR from Ward, Smith & Hill, stating "The finding that Apple willfully infringed on four VirnetX communications patents could lead to higher damages.." Does it mean more damages are being considered? I guess the "willful" is the key...like clearly and intentionally. Watching to jump in here...hard to comprehend why stock is down almost 30% from the verdict. So, i'm struggling to read as much as I can before jumping in.
