They (Alpha) obviously got the convertibles iN the annual. Looked like they had Arland listed instead of alpha controlling the converts in table but Alpha had them according to note 4 in the ownership table.

When Arland only had roughly 11 mill common with OS over 700 mill back then, obviously they can't file as a 5% plus holder because they weren't (without the preferred series).

Plus, who cares? All those preferreds were redeemed in 2016. So they've been eliminated and the series C are all that's around.
