To think people have sold 2's and maybe even some ones because of those misleading documents of a desperate creditor. I have addressed this before, the amounts dont even amount to 100,000 dollars even is they where to get a judges order. Clearly the note holders have defects in there documents and thats why they are trying to sue versus selling into the bid.

TONR has no legal judgement against the company, and thats why they keep filing try to get a default judgement but even that is not working. Just because the plaintiff files a motion or a documents that says default judgement, they have ZERO mean without a judges signature and after a hearing ahs been held.
