Ok folks more trouble brewing for sub-penny plays as follows:
Apparently this whole alpine clearing issue has recently resulted in OTC Markets themselves coming up with brand new designators which they alone can decide to arbitrarily place on pennies and sub-penny stocks based on "illiquid securities".
Here's 1 of OTC Markets new designators for an example of what I'm referring to>>>
The above example is on a penny stock that is fully current and provides fully audited financials...but as you can see OTC Markets has slapped the new "shell status" designator on them anyways...which in turn means no broker/dealers will clear stock on for any penny funders due to the "shell status" risk designator!
Sooooooooooooooooo, needless to say this entire Alpine clearing biz is still in full motion with BMIC still selling dilutive stock on sub-pennies today and tomorrow as they enjoy the supposed 3 day extension they were granted. And even if BMIC does disappear from the sub-penny casino for good this Wednesday...now sub-penny funders also have this newly created "shell status" designation from OTC Markets to worry about before deciding if they can risk funding any penny companies!
Never buy or sell based on my posts! My posts are just my opinion!
