'...On September 7, 2017 the Company entered into an agreement to purchase an R200 supercritical extraction machine from Vitalis Extraction Technology, Inc. The cost of the machine is $672,000. The company placed a down payment of $50,000 to begin production on the machine. The next payment in the amount of $286,000 is due on or about November 7, 2017. The remaining balance of $336,000 will be financed by Vitalis for a term 12 months at an annual percentage rate of 19%. As of February 28, 2018 the company has paid for this machine in full.
During the last quarter the Company made several deposits on other machinery such as bottling and vacuum equipment, and a distillation machine. The deposits as of February 28, 2018 totaled $285,823...'
