The Precedence has already been set for .30++ a share, back before any of the recent developments. We also can piece together with some good DD from Irish that the current value of stakes is worth well above .10+ a share as I writing this. This will only increase as the agreement and framework is completed.. Would have to think then it will be much more then the .30 cents a share on a buyout offer by parent or another entity.
