The judge won't. That is pretty cut and dry.

And the VERY SIMPLE fact that Cornell has done nothing to address the delinquency with ANY filing of a delinquent financial since the suspension is a basis itself to revoke.

I am surprised that Cornell tried to BS his way out of this with the SEC by blaming Hwang.

Should he try to re-file a Form 10 after revocation, the SEC will burying him with questions...
