My thoughts.
1) the department of homeland security is in charge of the federal elections. They want a secure system with no political ties the is why it was taken from them by Obama and recertification by trump. The national board of elections was deemed inept.
2) GAHC is the largest voting company in United States, a company with deep pockets would buy GAHC. Which would be good for all of us.
