That is absolutely, 100% untrue... a contract is between two parties and anything can be bargained for on either side... LG signed without having an email address included, therefore that were aware of the fact that even though the boilerplate language may say delivery was acceptable through electronic mail, that no email address was provided and therefore they had to notify through physical address... not sure how this is even up for argument, it’s basic contract drafting and interpretation...
