EXTREME warning on this INSOLVENT fraud. Just filed UNAUDITED INSOLVENT docs. This scam reported 10k in sales for 6 MONTHS--2 quarters!! Owes almost a million dollars and $250k owed to "related party". Also only cash they have is from a sale of $5k at .015!/. Without this way below bid sale--the company would show NO CASH. ITS INSOLVENT!!!!! Proof the real scam biz is printing stock!!
