Perhaps your question is why this is dropping today? I would conjecture that the market is not convinced WRFX and CEO Brad Listermann can actually deliver on the Reg A+ filing. The market can get fickle with what they have seen with Reg A+ talk going back deep into last year with no filings. He will have to "show me the money." I think he'll achieve the goooooaaaaaallllll.
