Joining JSC "Asyl-Invest" to JSC "Freedom Finance"

On April 12, 2018, the chairmen of the board of both companies signed a transfer act. This document specifies the list of assets to be transferred to JSC "Freedom Finance".

After the consolidation of the balances of the two companies, the equity capital of JSC "Freedom Finance" will be 17.5 billion tenge, the authorized capital - 7.6 billion tenge. Now all the rights and obligations to counterparties, employees and clients of the company "Asyl-Invest" are transferred to JSC "Freedom Finance". To date, the team of JSC "Freedom Finance" has expanded and has a staff of 223 employees, including 120 professionals advising clients on investment issues.

In addition, in the near future, the technical depository exchange procedure for the clients of JSC "Asyl-Invest" will be completed at the Central Depository. After the merger of the client bases of the two largest retail brokers, the number of clients of JSC "Freedom Finance" will be about 50 thousand.

The process will not cause any inconvenience to customers, as all assets will be transferred automatically. At the same time, the history of all previous transactions will be preserved and, if desired, the client will be able to look at the necessary information for any period from the date of opening his brokerage account. Asyl-Invest's former clients will be subject to a tariff that will preserve the current conditions. Also, the entire infrastructure of the company "Freedom Finance" will be available to affiliated customers: the opportunity to visit the offices of the company in 15 major cities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the use of the Tradernet.kz trading terminal, the recommendations of a personal investment adviser, access to one of the best analysts on the stock markets of Kazakhstan, Russia, the USA , Ukraine, participation in all training programs of the company.
