Pual, Interesting experiment that you're doing, and your assumptions that nobody willing to buy at that price, 0.12.

Are you willing to lower your price and sell more shares at the lower price?

What if someone has an "All or None" order of "a bit less than 0.12" and many more Shares than the 1,000 shares you're offering?

It's Not necessarily that Nobody wants to Buy at 0.12. It could be that your Offering only 1,000 Shares which doesn't Satisfy the Shares the Buyer wishes to Buy. If you have 100,000 Shares, would you be willing to Sell them at 0.10? Probably not, right? Which means you feel strongly enough that it's Worth more than that.

As a matter of fact, the fact that you tried to Sell Only 1,000 Shares proves that you don't want to take a chance of Selling a larger amount of Shares at 0.12 or lower.

It seems that you Don't want to Sell any more than a Tiny Amount of Shares at 0.12 because you feel that there's a Possibility that this Stock could Fly to a Nice Multiple than what it is right now.

If you really want to Run the Experiment to find out more Clarity, then Sell at least 100,000 Shares as a "Market Order" and it not being an "All or None" order from your side of the Transaction, and you might see the Shares get Swept Up from a Buyer from you quickly, and if not, it may just be No Buyers or Sellers out there due to it being Not much of a Market either way. Also, Just make sure it's a Good Until Canceled Order for 60 Days, Not a Day Order. Go ahead, do it. We Dare You.

We're just Sharing Our thoughts with you because We appreciate how conscientious you are about all this.

Best regards,
