I think of the 8K this way.

The Qs that are due do not require an auditor (Correct me if im wrong)

The fact that they are releasing an 8K identifying the auditors for the next 10K, over one full quarter before the end of the year, is a good sign.

That means, IMO, that we will see a 10K filed on-time or very close to on-time. Not a repeat of last year.
