100% agree. Very, very tiny chance of R/S anytime soon with NOUV. Insiders are likely heavily loaded and will ride the wave up too, not a single reason for R/S. Additional News about merger with name/ticker change and 4000% is definitely reachable. If I held all my shares to .004 I would have 84k. Nice PR and I will likely hold out for much higher SP once I get my initial investment back.

If there was PR about their clients, revenue, etc this could really bring some giant returns. I think PR will come by End of May but will gladly love it if it was sooner. This thing has been ready to fly for months. Now NVSOS current, I expect update very soon.
