Yes, it would... if there was an agreed upon email address to send notice to... alas there is not, therefore that boilerplate in the contract is null... as I said, LG could have bargained for the addition of an email address before signing the agreement, but they didn’t obviously... they knew what they were signing and did not abide by the agreement... classic breach of contract
