Don’t deflect onto the radio ads... this discussion is in response to claims made about the LG case, therefore my responses are in regards to the LG case, and don’t give a chit about ads from 6 months ago...

Was there an email address listed within the agreement signed by LG and Viva for notice to be sent ? No there was not... was there a physical address listed ? Yes there was... it doesn’t matter if “email” could have potentially been acceptable if there isn’t an agreed upon email to utilize for notice... LG had the ability to bargain for the addition of an agreed upon email address (to supplement the physical address) during the creation of the agreement and before signing, but they didn’t... they signed the agreement with only the physical address, therefore to play dumb after the fact is disingenuous and a breach.
