Sure they could own shares in the future.

They do not own shares as of now (-20max).
Chinese Credit Berau requires disclosure of entities with ownership in Chinese companies.
This disclosure is made public for all and is accessible through every companies assigned Unified Social Credit number.

Now why did Zhong Ji Ming Yang's ownership change in the first place? Why wouldn't the entity who merged into JBZY - 'ZJMY' keep it's previous foreign investment shares for ownership in finincials to be consolidated all under the company we are invested in?
