The Company didnt Lie on their Financial Report

They DID buy back $800 worth ....so their a$$ is now covered

I seriously doubt they will ever buyback anymore shares though

May be a bit tougher to dilute now but Im sure they will find a way after a Reverse Split

They did state they wern't considering a Reverse Split at this time

That was a few weeks ago....and times change
