Two nights ago on TV Avenatti said he was smarter than Cohen. Avenatti graduated first in his class at top-25 ranked George Washington Law and was Order of the Coif (top 10% of class).

I can't find that Cohen earned any honors at Cooley, although just passing the bar exam is elite at Cooley. Cohen wasn't on law review. Nowadays many law schools have several law reviews, each with a bunch of editors. I gather Cohen was a mediocre or even poor student at a laughingstock law school.
