It matters if he was still shown as a controller and hasn't been for over a year so only thing you can say is that chris used too have a minority controlling interest but now longer does.

Your delivery only shows that Chris again owned shares not really had the capacity to make any decision at all. Preferred A shares were and are still the controlling interest.

But i'll give you that at some point 4 years ago Chris did have a nice chunk. No longer does now according to current filings or are we going to ignore that altogether.
