Re Arland (yet another thing U have continually had wrong), they would have been way under 5% owners of common once they sold back the preferreds to Alpha back then so they would not have been required to file since they were less than 5% owners given the total OS back then and AFTER Alpha reacquired the convertible preferreds.

When U count preferreds and see that the share count would have been in excess of 700,000,000 shares, why would someone only controlling 15 million have to register?

Correction, they apparently woulda only had 11 million shares since Alpha reacquired the convertibles back in 2011ish timeframe.

Arland wouldn't have even controlled 2% of the fully diluted count by end of 2012 LOL. Why would they register as a 5% plus when they controlled less than 2%?
