I highlighted those areas because ...

I thought damn! Still paying rent on lease they have to carry that's not needed, just beginning to look like they may do some profit and they start spending, maybe wisely, for the future.

The problem I have is they've not demonstrated "wiseness" in their spending in the past. Will this undertaking be different? What if the potential developing trade wars come to fruition? Do revenues fall of a cliff?

Maybe the funding is just a pittance though, in which case it may not matter either way.

If they keep progressing regardless I guess SP will hold up. If they show results turning less positive (even if not completely going negative again) I suspect SP will suffer & then we'll wonder about this new funding etc.
