Hi, In response to your comment about the Float.. The 25 million shares you mentioned that were used for something about 5 years ago, are not mentioned or noted anywhere in the annual filing that was just filed. When ever this transaction took place over 5 years ago they had to be included in the Share Outstanding as of Dec 31 2016 which were 108,493,698 shares ..I have to assume at this point in time, a minimum of 5 years later, these share have been disposed of and are not a material concern.
Second, You mentioned the 25 million shares used for a service last year, which are noted in the annual report on pages 3 and 4 and in note 5.
Normally when shares are issued for a service they have a maturity date or a date the can be converted. Which I have not found yet in any report. The the OTC is up to date with all the filing made by the company in November of last year for years prior... to current the OTC has the float as
6,833,382 . I have to believe that the OTC is aware of the exchange of shares for a service and the numbers here reflect it.
The amount of shares restricted and held at DTC are not available.
I believe OTC has the accurate Float seeing they have all the actual numbers from the company..
I see a couple possibilities 1.) they have a maturity date which is unknown to us or they are restricted at the moment. 2.) I dont think they have been converted yet at these prices or volume. If this is the reason, then they are waiting till the company finalizes their plans they have for the company and puts into action before they convert the shares. At this point the pps and volume will increase to where the work that they did for the company will justify the them selling the shares they worked for.
