Now, speaking of existence, GERS sure has been an interesting experiment in pain/investing.
I've talked with other people (much smarter than me though they like diamonds so really, what is IQ?) anyway, when asking about patent infringement and specifically GERS situation, I get a whoooole lot of different answers.
Some say, "Patent infringement is a way for some patent holders to just muddy up the court system and get some money. Even heard of (some company) just pushing the boundaries." And then others say, "Yeah. GERS has a really good case. Just look at (some company) that sought justice and won."
Hard to believe we live in a world of lawyers and litigation. But then again, we also live in a world where people pay huge sums of money for a piece of carbon pressed poo.
So, in a weird way, maybe GERS might be a diamond. Getting pressed and pressed and pressured until it shines one day. And if that happens I won't throw it away, I will sell it.
