The agreement does not provide an email address! Reffer the agreement and red arrow or red under line an email address and post that.

Oh wait, it can't be done because as Johnny Falcones swears "The agreement specifically did not provide an email address". That's the whole truth.

According to the Agreement:

The addresses for such communications shall be:
If to the Company,
to:
Black River Petroleum Corp
424 Church Street, Suite 2000
Nashville, TN 37219
Attn:
Johnny Falcones, CEO

As such, all notices had to be sent to that address as agreed upon.

As Johnny Falcones swears and is obviously true to anyone who can read "The Agreement specifically provided an address for where all notices were to be sent, which was a mailing address."

It looks like Viva has this one in the bag and LG knows it IMHO.
