Hi Buckiii2

In short....yes. Dr. Frost buys on the open market whenever and however much he feels like on any particular day. When he buys opko stock, he is also buying many other companies at the same time.

Investors use to be so consumed in the timing of his buys and his "quiet periods". If your new to Opko than I recommend doing your own DD and be patient. One advantage you have over others is that this is a very attractive entry price. Many have had to try to average down over the years.

I am currently NOT invested in OPKO but have been and have followed this company since early 2013. At some point I may reenter. One thing I can honestly say is that the man has a plan and my best guess is that he will own or control %51 of this company before the profits start to roll in heavy. Also his %51 ownership IMO will be before Opko's drug for obesity called oxyntomodulin hits the market. This is one pet project he is most fond of and rightfully so. If this (failed Merck drug redesigned with CTP technology added) once a week diet drug works as planned, the market share is in the tens of billions!

The man is a genius when it comes to business building and designing drugs. He has great foresight and patience extending out 5-10 years. Many believe because of his age that this is his third and final business that he is/has built.

Its truly been a long haul for many investors as you can easily see by the rollercoaster ride in pps. Either your a believer in Dr. Frost and his ability to eventually bring this company home to roost for investors or not.

Good luck
