Re:Quest'-can-google:stop-sign-on-a-stock-explained-simple-explanation-it-is-put there if a company does not file on time -in this case both the annual report and the Q1 earnings-report which would cover all the financial data and update share structure is being waited for.
There has been information sent by email on one request its being checked and By Apr. 14th- and a second investor got an answer that it is possible that an extension is possible
and that would be which could be by Apr. 15th- for the annual report - the question can be emailed for status update

The recent current Wal-Mart orders were ordered over three weeks and the other business should indicate- that the co. is busy..doing business with Wal-Mart approaching 4K stores
with the first product ordered seen in the yellow section on top line it is a - a recent -
video of shipping these p.o's on pallets
and into trucks which was made as an accomplishment video and a good indication the company is busy in production with Wal-Mart and other stores.
