At $1.00 Der Leo would make out Huge. The shareholders would lose their shirt, but probably be happy they still got their underwear, as with a BK, they would lose that too.

What a way to make $28,000,000 (+ 10K Preferred Shares, Options) for the CEO, while many shareholders lose large.

About 6 months ago I stated that I would be happy with a $2 buyout. Now I would be happy with a $1 buyout. That's a 100% premium and probably a pipe dream.
