Curious, why does the $21 million need to be transferred to NTEK before 3.0
launches? Does an upgrade that has been promised for over a year cost vast amounts of money?
Also, why did NTEK list the $21 million in their financials on 5/16/2017
when it still hasn't been finalized 11 months later?
What a complete scam!

It was mentioned in conference that UF 3.0 is ready to be launched once the 21m is completely transfered which is 30-45 days from the conference on March 30
