the answer is simple

PQEFF is a scam

The re-assembled plant is just a test pilot plant

It will never reach the 1,000 BOPD level of output on a consistent basis

Look for the details in the upcoming second quarter Quarterly Report, which is due by Monday, April 16th

very simple indeed



Does anyone know what caused the delay in commissioning the plant?? It was supposed to be producing/jshipping/selling 1,000 bopd by now.
