It’s the old convert holders who are short the stock.
That hedge is being unwound. They couldn’t afford to let it run

A convert holder shorts the stock early and has tons of long shares from the conversion feature

Typical delta hedge activity.

Now hopefully they got most of it covered.
For their sake.
