That's easy- there are way too many shares out. With only 50mil in volume daily, there is not enough buying right now to absorb the shares that are out there as a result of AG issuing debentures to raise capital.
We need 1 billion or higher days to take out the bid wackers keeping this low.

For me, I don't mind, it allows me to continue to build my position at these low levels.
We will soon see the volume skyrocket into the billions and wipe out any and all sellers at these levels.
THEN WE MOVE UP AT A STEADY PACE!

I'm so glad I own and can buy shares here!
