MGX is all about the transformation to renewable energy, which means it focuses on minerals and technologies that can store energy, like these batteries. They are spinning it off as a subsidiary, I think, in order to raise money via IPO so that they can mass produce for the already identified market in Europe. MGX strategy is always joint-venture or partnership or subsidiary enterprises like this. For an emerging company it looks like a terrific plan of action to me. It takes time to execute so I'd be surprised if we see shares before 3Q
