WHY would a company R/S, (given new dilution rules as well), for a triple 0 penny stock trading at rock bottom? Still a 10 for 1 would likely drop right back to .0001 eventually without some mind blowing news. I dont see 1 reason for an R/S here what so ever.

If you said something like management will pump this up big time, then R/S I might be able to see that but even in that case I will ride the wave up and make $$.
