Maybe the name of Rock Creek Pharmaceuticals and the paperwork to incorporate is worth a few bucks. Perhaps someone wants the name and paperwork required to incorporate, etc. only to resurrect the company into whatever...

Doubt it means anything to current common shareholders...

Like many I simply hold the shares and wait for the "coroner" (whoever your brokers are) to declare death so you don't have to look at the entry on your holdings report.
