Yes I think the 10k will show all the toxic debt gone. Ghac current on all notes and all lawsuits resolved .
A proxy will show all pending deals that will close with the issuing of new shares . I think who will see deals with more tech companies maybe a few hardware deals such a high tech scanners. I would hope something about azure microsofts blockchain software buy doubt it, since TO be in a proxy it has to be a confirmed deal.
IMO the will be nothing about Spano's company BTC since that deal is done, I think management will weight till BTC makes money before closing the rest of the deal. All Gahc needs to have is the treasury stock available in the authorized. GACH OWNS 10% with option to purchase balance for 30% out GAHC
