Do not put in a market order use limit only !!! ECSIF is listed on over the counter so you can get good quotes !! Do not chase it because you have 2 houses that control and short at will . Today it was in the $1.10 range most of day . The next report should be about end of month so you have some time .

I hope to find some cash next week or so but will not hurt the volume in ECSIF
