I did own the fortune cobalt mine and then sold after reading what it was going to cost to build it ! They saying 6 to 700,000,000.00 that is millions !!! Who would ever give them that much money is the big question and the location of the mine is not good ! Above the Great Slave Lake in upper Canada .

As for LIC.V they are also after cobalt and Lithium , everyone thinks there will be a surplus of Lithium soon because was easy to get and ramp up ! Cobalt is a different bear hard to find and cost to mine and process and the end users are willing to pay for the product and expect to also pay more for cobalt in times ahead ! Everyone expects the Congo to go full blown civil war soon , 60% of worlds cobalt come from the Congo
