There is nothing nefarious going on with the t-trades here. If you read my post about t-trades perhaps you would understand what they really are. If they are listed as a sell then it's a VWAP of sells they didn't report during the day. If they are listed as a buy then that is a VWAP of trades they didn't report. It's all legal as long as they report all trades at the end of the day.
