Based on Current OS of ~ 25 Million:
$25 Million Valuation = $1.00
$50 Million Valuation = $2.00
$75 Million Valuation = $3.00
$100 Million Valuation = $4.00
$125 Million Valuation = $5.00
$150 Million Valuation = $6.00
The Biggest Obstacle in determining an actual value is the simple fact that Retail Velocity is a private entity and the company doesn't disclose their financial information. There may be an estimate or two if you dig around the internet, but it's just that, an estimate, and it's nearly impossible to determine if these estimates hold any validity. Clearly the above are pretty loose estimates and could be wrong in either direction... but lets just hope they're wrong to the upside! Based on most of the digging around I've done this is a growing industry worlwide and some markets have yet to be tapped... The Growth continues... which is always a good thing.
If I had to pick a spot, I'd say RV has a valuation of between $50 and $75 million.

As I've stated before here, I don't percieve this designation by Jeff Beckett as an attempt to decieve the general public. I believe he did this to telegraph his future intention.(Take RV Public) His intention was to be as transparent as possible when he took control of OUR BNXR. In addition, Mr. Beckett didn't take control of this public vehicle for his health, and I could be wrong, but I don't think he took control of this entity to build an oil & gas company. He's built this tech company for over 25 years and I don't think he's seeking a new career path in the O & G industry. Now clearly, he's in no rush to jump into the public arena with RV but I'm a Patient Cat... I'm confident I'm in the right place and I can wait.
With all that said... regardless of the ACTUAL Valuation... we're here, and we're here at the bottom!
