I hope we are all aware of the challenges of straight line revenue growth in actual business. As wonderful as the results have been this past year we should all expect some growing pains as Zeros are added to the numbers. All the areas of management for the company will need to be grown to handle the increased activity. Sometimes the needs are recognized in time to respond before any negative impacts are felt and other times the cost to make major upgrades need to be held back until the absolute last minute for budgetary bliss. I am confident that Mike Tomas and Dr. Kristen Comella and their Team are well suited to meet these challenges and I am looking forward to the results next week. I expect to see more records broken and the financial strength of USRM to be better with each passing quarter. This company has taken the painful steps to position itself for the coming explosion in the demand for the incredible results seen from Stem Cell Therapy.
