That doesn't really answer the question asked of you. What do you see that really makes you think there's a "very good likelihood" this bird will fly? All the DD points to one failed plan after another. No assets. No planes. No way to raise enough capital (according to Lampl). No SEC mandated annual or quarterly filings for 2 years. Not even a registration with the NY SOS, where they held a press conference last year to promote the new brand name.

So with eyes wide open, I assess the past and the present. IMO the company has a very good likelihood to finally get airborne.
