I'm trying really hard not to summarize the meeting here because it's disappointing to watch every peice of hope get shredded up if it's not something that pushes price up 50%. But I will say this because for me this was important to know.
As with many start up companies, you sometimes get to a point where your business has not yet reached that point of profitability, youre out of cash, and you have to make choices about whether to continue, OR find a way to live another day. We were at that point 6 months ago. They felt they were at a crossroads where either they shut the whole machine down to just 2 or 3 people moving forward and try to keep it alive on a very extended time line on a small scale, OR, take the money to fund what they all still believed in. So they took the latter. They thought they had an agreement with a group they could trust, that convinced them they would hold the stock a minimum of a year and then at that time start a very slow leak to sell. They believed our company would be in a position at that time that a slow leak would not impact price at all. They got dooped though and the group immediately started selling. This is where the mid May prediction is coming from. At the pace they are on, the group should be out of stock by then. The expectation is that the price should do a moderate rebound and get back to where it really should be at this point.
The pipeline is full. They would not give exact numbers on what that pipeline was, for reasons mentioned above, but it was obvious, they plan to surprise us all. They are now generating revenue and paying down debt. They intend to get all those shares back. They are growing and building teams to support that pipeline of installs.
Those that decide to pick the above apart and continue to trash them, yes, it's your prerogative. But I think like myself, you're just going to make those of us that were there just not want to speak up with what we heard. It's getting old.
I think everyone left very excited, but excited about tangibles this time not "what COULD happen" as in the past. And Spin I'm not referring to you. I think you've been a fair and reasonable cheer leader. That's why I responded to you.
I'll keep answering questions I can, as long as it stays positive. I won't be the one to feed the wolves though. Someone else can do that.
