It can signify a company wants to sell shares to get more money to stay afloat, or to start partnerships with other companies for example. The thing is, fomx has enough cash on hand to operate. This is why I believe some sort of deal has been or is being brokered with OWCP and their cream for acne treatment, which FOM$ specializes . Lets see how this unfolds over the next few months.
