Ok, so I don't understand how this keeps going lower, I mean, everyone said that BMIC was done and or that because of the 68.3% legal channel investigation they would not be dumping anymore. So if BMIC is not dumping their many many many many many TOXIC notes, who is? Enquiring minds wanna know! Should MMEX have locked up their 20% by now. I mean surely if they can get a $40 million dollar loan for a refinery that is desperately needed, they can get the measly $10 million by now.
